The Football season concluded a few weeks back when the seniors travelled to Eskra for their play of game against Urney. Unfortunately this game was lost on a scoreline of Urney 1-10 Eglish 0-09.

Commiserations to Clara Deehan on losing out in The Scór na nÓg County Final. Anyone interested in taking part in Scór Sinsear should contact the Clubs Cultural Officer or any committee member. Senior Scór commences in January.

Tickets are now available for “Extra Time”, A Comedy produced by “The Hind Tit Piglet” theatre Company and presented by Eglish GAC in “The Marketplace” Theatre, Armagh, on Friday 20th Jan, Curtain at 8.00pm. This is the story of Killgaddy Gaels and their quest to break the curse and win their first championship in a generation. Tickets can be purchased, price £12, from any committee member, directly from the theatre or contact Paul on 078 1801 5020.
The Club’s Annual General Meeting was held on 30th November. The following Officers, Caithaoirleach – Kieran Hagan, Leas Cathaoirligh – Gregory Daly and Michael McKenna, Rúnaí – Paul Donaghy, Rúnaí Cunta – Shiela McKenna, Cisteoir – Ruairi Martin, Leas Cisteoir – Gerard Devlin, Oifigeach Óige – Conall Martin, Cláraitheoir – Canice Murtagh and OifigeachCaidrimh Phoiblí – Cathal Daly, will serve for the incoming year. 22 others also volunteered to work on the Committee for the incoming year.
