Adult Football

Seniors and reserves travelled to Loughmacrory on Sunday. It was a very successful trip as both teams came home with the points. Results: Senior Loughmacrory 0-11 Eglish 2-11; Reserve Loughmacrory 1-07 Eglish 6-15. This weekend the seniors travel to Augher on Friday evening, with the reserve game taking place on Monday night. Both games throw in at 7.00pm

Youth Football

The Under 14 Moortown on Monday evening on Pairc Chormaic. A very spirited performance resulted in the first win of the season. Ressult: Eglish 4-12 Moortown 3-09. Next up for the Under 14’s is Feile Peil na nÓg on Saturday. This will be on Fr Connolly Park on Saturday, with the visitors being Cookstown and Pomeroy. First game throws in at 10.30am.

The Minors host Moortown in Pairc Chormaic on Thursday 12th , throw in at 7.00pm.

Other

C25K continues on Monday evening, starting time is 6.45pm.

This year’s Cormac Run will take place on 21st April. Start time will be 10.00am. Pre-registration is highly recommended and can be done at cormacrun.org.

This week’s winning Lotto numbers were 9, 13, 15 & 19. There was no winner of the Snowball and it now rolls over to next week and is £2250. Caroline Cotter was the sole match 3 winner. You can play now at www.locallotto.ie

There were 28 fallers this week in Last Man Standing, with 112 now remaining.

Congratulations to John Murtagh and Kieran Daly who were presented with Credo awards on Friday night in Garvaghey. All in the club are grateful for the service they have given down the years.
