U14s
Well done to the U14s who have qualified for the Grade 1 Championship Final. On Saturday past in a great game with Ardboe, Eglish prevailed after coming back from several points down to win on a scoreline of Eglish 7-11 Ardboe 1-21. They will now play Trillick in the final which is currently fixed for Saturday 3rd October, venue tbc.
U16s
The U16s play Galbally in the Grade 2 Championship Semi Final on Friday 18th September in Galbally at 6:15pm, all sport greatly appreciated.
Minors
The Minors played Omagh on Tuesday evening in the Grade 1 Championship Semi Final. Unfortunately Omagh proved too strong winning on a scoreline of Omagh 4-12 Eglish 0-07.
Senior Football
The Seniors travelled to Gortin on Saturday past in the league and won comfortably Gortin 0-05 Eglish 5-11. The Seniors and Reserves final league fixture is on Sunday 27th September away to Strabane.
The Reserves play Naomh Eoghan in the Championship on Saturday 19th September in Newtownstewart at 4pm, all support greatly appreciated.
