Strictly Showtime

Strictly once again proved to be huge success. More than 700 people turned out between the Friday and Saturday night in what turned out to be a great weekend for the club. After weeks of intense practice sessions and preparations the 20 dancers buoyed by the strong crowd put on a marvellous performance both nights. Lynette Fay compere for both nights’ ensured events ran smoothly. On Friday night Diane Daly and Mattie McGleenan were announced as the fundraiser winners with Ciara Donnelly and Corey Murtagh taking the judges vote. Saturday night really saw the dancers up their game with a bigger crowd and it was Maria Jordan and Stephen Quinn who were the fundraiser winners with Anne Burke and Ronan Daly winning the judges vote. Huge credit must go to the dancers and the effort they put in over the last number of weeks to make it two nights of high entertainment.
