Adult Football
Unfortunately due to weather conditions the game against Bellaghy, last weekend, had to be postponed. Hopefully the weather will a little more favourable this coming weekend as we are hosting Kildress in the Ulster League. The game is on Sunday at 12.00pm in Pairc Chormaic. There will be a Night at the Races in the Clubrooms on Friday 19th, First race is at 9.30pm. Proceeds will go towards replenishing the players’ injury fund.
Youth Football
FUNdamentals Training, for 4 to 8 year olds, continues on Thursday evening at 6.15pm in the sports hall and is followed immediately by Under 10 training at 7.30pm. Minor training also continues on Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30 on Pairc Chormaic. Thanks to all those who helped in the youth presentation on Friday evening.
Culture
Tráth na gCeist team will be in action this weekend at the Scor County final. This is taking place on Sunday evening in Dun Uladh at 6.00pm. Thanks to all who came along and demonstrated the art of St Brigid’s cross making to the younger members of the community on Saturday evening. Also Irish languages classes for primary school children continue on Monday evenings, at 6.30pm, in the Clubrooms. More details can be obtained for Orlagh McConnell at orlagh04@gmail.com

Commiserations to the senior Camogie team, who were defeated by a very strong Eyrecourt teamon Sunday, but well done to the girls of Roan Primary for winning the County indoor Camogie Blitz.
