Adult Football

Seniors and Reserves travelled to The O’Neill Park on Sunday to take on Dungannon. Both teams managed to come home with the points, reserves won on a score line of Dungannon 0-12 Eglish 2-16, It was much closer in the Senior game, winning by just three points, result Dungannon 0-10 Eglish 0-13. Next week we make the long Journey to Castlederg, Games on Sunday at 2.15 and 3.45pm.

Youth Football

Minors travelled to Galbally on Tuesday evening for their latest league game. After a slow start the finally took control in the last 15 to come out winners on a scoreline of Galbally 1-21 Eglish 4-15. Next week’s opposition will be Dungannon. This one is down for decision in Fr Connolly Park Wednesday 17th, throw in at 7.30pm.

The Under 14’s completed their League season with a trip to Dungannon on Friday night. Unfortunately they went down to a very strong Dungannon team. Their next game will be the Under 14 Championship.

Under 12 Training is on Thursday night this week. Under 10 & Under 8 training also continues on Thursday as normal. We are hosting an Under 10 Football Blitz on Saturday. Action commences at 10.30asm

Other

On Saturday night the club is hosted a Vintage Tea Party. One could only be amazed at the fayre on offer. Thanks to all those who came along to what was a very enjoyable night. Special thanks must go to all those that organised the tables.

This week’s winning Lotto No’s were 8, 11, 14 & 17. The snowball was not won and will be £6550 next week.
