Adult Football

Seniors and reserves hosted Kildress in Fr Connolly Park on Sunday past. Both teams managed to keep the points with victories in both games. Results: Senior, Eglish 1-17 Kildress 1-10; Reserve, Eglish 2-11 Kildress 1-13. Next week’s games are also at home, Gortin being the visitors on this instance. Games are at the regular times of 3.45pm Senior and 2.15pm Reserve.

Youth Football

The Under 14 team travelled to Cookstown on Saturday afternoon. The boys put in a very good performance but unfortunately they lost out to a much bigger team. Result: Cookstown 5-08 Eglish 3-06. Next up for the Under 14’s is another journey to the foot of the Sperrins, Kildress being the opposition on this occasion, Game is on Wednesday 2nd May, throw in at 7.30pm.

There are no Minor games this week. The next game will be on Tuesday 1st May against Dungannon in The O’Neill Park.

Well done to all those that took part and thanks to all those that helped on the morning and made it such a joyous occasion.

This week’s winning Lotto numbers were 3, 6, 9 & 14. There was no winner of the Snowball and it now rolls over to next week and is £2350. Match 3 winner were Aidan Muldoon, Gael Bradley, Gerard McCann, Aidan Hamill and Deirdre Daly. You can play now at www.locallotto.ie

It was the week of attrition in Last Man Standing with 58 participants being eliminated, most of which were on Pomeroy. This week’s selections should be submitted before Friday.
