Adult Football

Seniors made the short Journey to Aghaloo on Sunday, and came home with the two points. Result: Aghaloo 0-10 Eglish 1-17. There was no Reserve game on Sunday, this is now scheduled for Wednesday 23rd in Aghaloo. There is no Adult football this weekend, on account of the Ulster Championship game between Tyrone and Monaghan. The next Senior game is on Sunday 27th, Tattyreagh will be the visitors to Fr Connolly Park on that occasion.

Youth Football

The Under 14 team played Kildress in Fr Connolly Park on Monday evening. They managed to overturn the result of their earlier League meeting, with a convincing win. Result: Eglish 4-12 Kildress 2-08. Next up is the trip to Moy on Thursday evening, throw in 7.30 in Moy.

Minors hosted Ardboe in Fr Connolly Park on Tuesday evening, coming out winners on a score line of Eglish 2-12 Ardboe 2-09. The next game will be a visit to the lough shore to play Moortown on Friday 25th.

Other

This week’s winning Lotto numbers were 6, 12, 16 & 22. There was one Match 3 winner, Naimh McVeigh. As there was no Snowball winner it now rolls over to next week and is £2500. You can play now at www.locallotto.ie
