Adult Football
The Seniors and Reserves travelled to Greencastle on Sunday. The Reserves secured a draw with a late goal and the seniors came home with a two point win. Results: Reserve – Greencastle 1-11 Eglish 1-11; Senior – Greencastle 1-07 Eglish 1-09. This week Cookstown will be the visitors to Fr Connolly Park, games are on Friday night at 6.45 (Reserve) and 8.15pm (Senior).
Youth Football
The Under 14s hosted Kildress in the Under 14 Championship on Wednesday night. Unfortunately they lost on a score-line of Eglish 1-14 Kildress 8-08.
The Minors travelled to Moortown on Friday night, unfortunately they suffered their first defeat of the season, going down by a goal. Result Moortown 3-15 Eglish 2-15.
Their next scheduled games will be the first round of the Champioonship on Friday 15th their final League game on 20th.
Other
This week’s winning Lotto numbers were 2, 3, 9 & 17. There was no Snowball winner it now rolls over to next week and is £2600. However there were four Match 3 winners, Richard Mason, Peter Daly, Shane McGready and Karen Stevenson.
Last man standing continues this week we are now down to the final two, Paul Coney and Siofra McAleer.
