Adult Football

There was no Senior action at the weekend, however League action return this week end. We host Owen Roes in Fr Connolly Park on Sunday. Games at the regular times of 2.15 and 3.45pm.

Youth Football


The Under 16′s Played Carrickmore in the League Final in Omagh on Sunday evening. They gave a very good account of themselves and came out convincing winners, on a scoreline of Eglish 2-17 Carrickmore 2-09. Well done to all the players and all those involved with the team. The Under 16 action continues the week as the Championship resumes with a long journey to Strabane on Saturday, throw in is a t 12.00pm

Scor na nOg begins in October, first round will be weekend of 26th to 28th October. If anyone is interested in participating please make contact with Donal McAnallen.

This week’s winning were 5, 15, 17 & 24. There was no winner of the Snowball, and Cathal Daly was the sole match 3 winner. Next week’s Snowball will be £3350.

It’s time for everyone to dust off those boots as the club is hosting a 7-a-side tournament on Saturday 3rd November. So get in contact with all those family members you haven’t seen in years and invite them along to the “Clash of the Clanns”. Bonuses for female players and players over 40. The tournament will be followed by a Barbeque on Saturday night.
